Terms and Conditions for Freight Dispatch Services

Effective Date: 06/01/2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you (“Carrier” or “Client”) and IDISPATCHTRUKKS (“Dispatch Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), regarding the provision of freight dispatch services within the United States.

1. Services Provided

IDISPATCHTRUKKS provides freight dispatch services including, but not limited to:

Load sourcing and booking
Rate negotiation
Carrier packet setup
Communication with brokers and shippers
Document handling (rate confirmations, BOLs, etc.)

We do not provide driving, brokering, or freight ownership services.

2. Carrier Requirements

By using our services, the Carrier agrees to:

Maintain active motor carrier authority
Have valid insurance coverage
Remain compliant with FMCSA and ELD regulations
Provide accurate and honest information

3. Payment Terms

Our standard dispatch fee is 7% per load.
Fees are due upon delivery and receipt of the rate confirmation.
We accept payments via Visa,Mastercard,Checks.

4. Non-Exclusive Agreement

This is a non-exclusive agreement. Carriers may work with other dispatchers or source loads independently, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel this agreement at any time with written notice. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to cancellation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

IDISPATCHTRUKKS acts solely as a dispatch service. We are not responsible for:

Cargo claims
Delivery delays
Accidents or road incidents
Delayed broker or shipper payments

7. Confidentiality

All rate confirmations, broker details, and operational documents shared by IDISPATCHTRUKKS must remain confidential and are not to be shared or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of IDISPATCHTRUKKS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above.
