Rate Negotiation
As a freight dispatcher, I make it a priority to stay informed with real-time data and market research. I actively monitor the spot market and keep track of current rates for specific lanes and load types using tools like Sonar Software and DAT Trendlines. Before booking any load, I always calculate the cost per mile to ensure it’s profitable for you — and I never overlook additional costs like tolls or detention fees. This proactive approach allows me to optimize your routes, protect your bottom line, and negotiate the best possible rates to keep your business running strong.
Full Back Office Support
At IDispatchTrukks, my mission is simple — I want you to focus on driving while I handle everything else behind the scenes. I provide full back-office support, including setting up broker packets for carriers who aren’t yet established with a broker.As soon as I receive the completed Bill of Lading, I immediately process your invoicing to factoring, so you can get paid as quickly as possible. I also run credit checks on all brokers and confirm that your factoring company approves them before you accept any load.And if there's a TONU (Truck Order Not Used) or detention situation? I advocate on your behalf to make sure you're fairly compensated. Your time and business matter — and I’m here to protect both.
Flat Fee Services
Streamline your operations with my flat-fee services, designed to keep your workflow running smoothly. I perform weekly inspections of your ELD logs and make sure your quarterly IFTA filings are submitted on time using data from your ELDs and fuel cards. I also take care of essential filings like your IRP and MCS-150 when they’re due — along with other important back-office tasks. Let me handle the details so you can stay focused on what you do best: driving and running your business.
Equipment and Pricing
I focus on Dry Vans, Reefers, and Power-Only equipment to ensure I’m matching the right loads with the right carriers every time.
Dry Van
My charge for this equipment is 7% per load. I provide clear, upfront pricing so you always know what to expect.
Reefers
My price for reefers is set at 7% per load. This competitive rate ensures that you receive quality service tailored to your needs.
Power Only
My fee for carriers specializing in power-only units is set at a rate of 7% per load.
